The finished structure will be able to seat 250 people, inside and outside.<\/p>\n<p>Langworthy and his cousin and business partner, Darby Langworthy, have been home brewers, producing about five gallons at a time. To produce volumes \u201cway beyond that,\u201d he expects the process to be largely the same. Plans are for a variety of beers\u2014\u201csomething for everyone\u201d\u2014including IPA\u2019s, stouts, and a sour beer. For non-beer drinkers there will be a homemade hard seltzer. Customers sitting in the tap room will have a window into the brewery.<\/p>\n<p>Deane Moss is returning to the area from Connecticut as the chef. Langworthy promises \u201cclassic pub-style favorites\u201d and specials every week. \u201cHe is a very experienced chef and fits well with our team,\u201d Langworthy said.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"s2\"><!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>The team includes Adam\u2019s wife, Brooke, and Darby\u2019s wife, Laurie. Brooke is an interior designer and did much of the design work on the brew works building. Laurie, who owns and directs Camp Echo Lake, manages the social media accounts for the business.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Both partners are new to the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>restaurant business. Adam teaches in the Warrensburg school system but claims some background. His family owned a restaurant when he was a young boy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Darby is a businessman. Both, however, have been certified as brewmasters through Cornell University.<\/p>\n<p>Bandstand Brew Works will be one of at least three new restaurants coming to Warrnsburg\u2019s Main Street this summer.
